The Loft Seaside Suite

The infinite pool was amazing and clean.

Some spa pools didn¿t maintain well. Wish they could have be more cleaned and we can enjoy all the facilities better.

the rooms are renovated,

the hot spring area is old and moldy, the water has a irony/ sour smell and taste

It's a nice place for what its worth. There is nothing around the area. The hot springs are nice

the breakfast was not good. They also did not allow me to check in early even though the room was ready. 5pm check in seems excessive

The room was very big at a very good pricing.It is clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was not bad. And it has the onsen inside the room which we enjoyed a lot.

Excellent large room for 6 people with a separate room for 2 person, and 2 large geothermal bath pool inside the room!

Not much vege option for breakfast

The hot springs tub in the room was a nice touch as were the bidet w/c.

The out area was a tired and run down, could do with being freshened up.

This hotel was a wonderful seaside resort for our family. The town of Jinshan is quiet and the Loft was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool and onsen facilities were amazing -- my family had so much fun in the pool. It seemed quiet and secluded even though it was on a busy street. Breakfast was good also.

Overall everything was great, and the staff were very accommodating!

Good location with hot spring facilities. Room is clean with easy check out. The breakfast staff super helpful and friendly.

Check in time is 5pm which is latest I have ever encountered. Going in hot spring requires caps. No staff inside the host spring. Largest pool is not a swimming pool as it's very shallow.

Clean and very spacious rooms.Staff very nice and helpful.

A bit far from the restaurants, we had to walk for 10 min to reach the area near Mac Donalds where there just a few places to eat.Breakfast only had Chinese options

The air in the room is not good.It would be better to put a little more effort into cleaning.

I liked the spacious room and friendly staff.

I wish they could have cleaned the outdoor hot spring tubs more. A lot of leaves floating on the water. Some special aromatic tubs were not cleaned often, can see bugs living in the mint tub.

Very comfy stay at here and they upgrade our room to a superior one! Strategic location and excellent service

The breakfast was very substantial and delicious

The property is very worn and the hot spring bathtub was stained and looked dirty. The towels were also stained yellow.

Bed is comfy

The facility is very old, our room has serious water dripping from the ceiling since maybe 4 or 5AM. The floor got very wet and dangerous and we had to wake up to switch room. The breakfast is not very tasty either. Not worth the price.

This hotel has seen better days (maybe). The outdoor hot spring facilities were very dated. The pictures have all been heavily filtered and none of it looks remotely like that. Each pool was rather drab and sad looking. The bathroom in the room looked nice, but the plug didn't work, so the water drained out as we were trying sitting in it. Breakfast was poor. Food average, but not even any juice to drink.

Spacious room with decent king size bed and tasteful decor, plus a huge bathroom with plenty of shower and counter space as well as a hot springs tub. Lots of selection for Taiwanese-style breakfast.Friendly, helpful staff.

Room was big and comfortable. The spa bath a delight and public area was great too

More sockets in room to charge electronic devices.

They charged us which we did not stay at all.
